Stem stems mint

preparation
-
Peel the melon and cut it into 2-3 cm cubes. Thread the melon cubes and shrimp alternately onto wooden skewers.
Finely chop the garlic. Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the garlic, and curry powder, pour over the skewers, and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, pluck the mint leaves from the stems and chop them finely. Peel and finely chop the ginger. Mix both with soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and 2 tablespoons of oil; season with salt and pepper.
Peel the mango. Cut the flesh away from the stone and dice it finely.
Halve the cucumber lengthwise, remove the seeds with a spoon, and finely dice the flesh. Mix the mango and cucumber with the dressing.
Grill the skewers on a hot grill or in a hot grill pan for about 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and serve with cucumber and mint salad.
We recommend shrimp from organic aquaculture. These farms maintain low stocking densities to ensure the ecosystem in the ponds remains intact.
