White Castle collaborates with Garage Beer on fall menu

Top 500 chain restaurant sales slowed again in 2025 as consumers cut back on dining, but sectors like coffee, beverages and snacks and chicken thrived The quick-service chain features Garage Beer Cheese in three fall food items and releases a line of branded merch.

White Castle and Garage Beer, two Columbus, Ohio-based brands, are partnering on a fall menu promotion featuring beer cheese. Garage Beer Cheese, a blend of aged Wisconsin cheddar and the branded beer, is the foundation of three new menu items, available through Nov. 1 or while supplies last:

• Garage Beer Cheese Sausage Slider features a mini-smoked sausage link topped with Garage Beer Cheese and caramelized onions served on a White Castle Slider bun
• Pretzel Nibblers with Garage Beer Cheese is composed of soft pretzel bites fried until golden and served with a dippable warm beer cheese sauce
• Garage Beer Cheese Fries are classic crinkle cut fries topped with the warm beer cheese

The $6.99 Beer Cheese Me! Combo meal brings together two Garage Beer Cheese Sausage Sliders, a six-piece Pretzel Nibblers with Garage Beer Cheese Sauce, and a small soft drink. In July, White Castle and Garage Beer kicked off their partnership with the limited-edition Super Summer Slider Starter Kit, a direct-to-consumer offer featuring exclusive merchandise, 20 Garage Beer Cheese Sliders, desserts, and other goodies.

Fans can score a White Castle x Garage Beer Ice Bucket, White Castle x Garage Beer Tote Bag designed to carry sliders and beer, White Castle x Garage Beer Hat, and White Castle x Garage Beer Embroidered Patch.
