Right in the heart of the capital, this new wellness haven hides a women-only Pilates studio above a delightful coffee shop!
Right in the heart of Brussels, Latté Pilates & Coffee reinvents the wellness experience by bringing two worlds together under one roof.
One space, two goals: the unique philosophy of Latté Pilates & Coffee
In the heart of the capital, Latté Pilates & Coffee redefines the standards of well-being by offering a concept where physical effort and comfort complement each other perfectly. Born from the desire to create a harmonious space tailored to the rhythm of daily life, this unique venue brings together two passions under one roof: the art of specialty coffee and the practice of Pilates. The founding vision is simple yet ambitious: exceptional instruction, a high-quality gourmet selection, and a genuine culture of sharing —all without compromise.
The experience has been designed across two distinct levels to offer a balanced duality. On the ground floor, the light-filled coffee shop welcomes all visitors seeking a friendly break. Upstairs, the atmosphere becomes more intimate, housing Brussels’ very first women-only Pilates studio. This serene space fosters mutual support and well-being within a caring community, where every woman can take the time to recharge away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Tailored classes, a coffee shop, and practical information!
Viewing well-being as a complete ritual is the promise fulfilled by Latté Pilates & Coffee. The experience begins upstairs with Pilates classes exclusively for women, limited to a maximum of four participants. Led by certified instructors, these intimate sessions guarantee personalized guidance to strengthen the core, sculpt the body, and improve posture in a serene atmosphere. Once the class is over, the session continues in the exclusive relaxation area, perfect for chatting and unwinding.
The break continues on the ground floor, where the barista prepares your indulgent treat. On the menu, specialty coffees include espresso, cappuccino, flat white, or refreshing iced drinks such as freddo espresso, matcha, chai, or the must-try ube latte. To accompany these beverages, the pastry chef offers fresh pastries every morning (croissants, pains au chocolat, cookies, brownies) as well as delicious traditional Greek puff pastries. A unique experience that proves that in Brussels, physical activity and culinary pleasure can now go hand in hand every day.
