The grape and wine festival has begun in Shamakhi

On the first day of the festival, which will last until the evening, popular singers Roza Zergerli, Kazim Can, Joseph UO, and DJ Kamon will perform.

The grape and wine festival has begun in Shamakhi.

On September 19, the Grape and Wine Festival began in Shamakhi.

According to BR, the two-day festival is taking place in the village of Meyseri in the Shamakhi district and is organized by the Executive Authority of the Shamakhi district, the Abgora restaurant, and the Nasimi Baglary complex.

The goal of the festival, which is being held for the fifth time, is to promote local viticulture and winemaking, increase the export potential of wine products, inform the general public about the history of viticulture and winemaking in Azerbaijan and the work done in this area, and promote the expansion of tourism opportunities in the region.

At the festival, which takes place on the premises of the Shirvan Wines LLC winery and winemaking complex in the village of Meyseri, various brands present their products.

Visitors will not only be able to learn about wine production and grape varieties, but also about Azerbaijan's tourism potential, and enjoy various entertainment programs and shows.

Entertainment events for various age groups organized throughout the day will add a special atmosphere to the festival program. Guests will be able to participate in various competitions and quizzes. Visitors will also be able to enjoy presentations, interactive shows, and a concert program.

The grape and wine festival will last until September 20.
