Portal has opened on the site of the Pro Vostok restaurant on Nastasinsky Lane.
A new lounge restaurant, "Portal," has opened at 1 Nastasinsky Lane. Portal describes the concept as "one restaurant, four distinct spaces": the establishment is designed to transform from a breakfast spot in the morning to a bar and party at night.
Brand Chef Nikita Dyakov is in charge of the kitchen. The menu promises signature European classics, Neapolitan pizza on a 36-hour fermented crust, open-fire dishes, and a signature burger with beef patty, egg, and relish. The interior is decorated in a sandy-wine color scheme, and the average bill is 3,000 rubles. The restaurant plans to be open until 4:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
The official opening began at 8:00 PM with DJ sets and live performances, with Aiwaska headlining.
Portal's predecessor, Pro Vostok, specialized in Turkish and Azerbaijani cuisine: they prepared kebabs, dolma, and other Eastern dishes, and played live music in the evenings.
