Mount Sinai OB-GYN is relocating to 348 Amsterdam Avenue (between 76th and 77th streets), according to Commercial Observer. “Two Mount Sinai obstetrics and gynecology faculty practice groups are relocating to 348 Amsterdam Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper West Side,” CO writes. The space is 7,000 square feet.

Collars & Co., a men’s clothing store, recently opened at 182 Columbus Avenue (between 68th and 69th streets). This is the retailer’s first New York City location. The brand, whose “mission is to empower men to look and feel their best with effortlessly stylish, elevated casual wear that blends comfort and confidence,” offers a variety of polos, button-downs, blazers, sweaters, performance pants and more.

Wink Pediatric Eye Care has signed a lease at 424 West End Avenue (at West 81st Street). “Situated within a street level office at Manhattan Skyline’s 22-story, 230-unit luxury rental apartment building, West River House, Wink Pediatric Eye Care will operate from a 1,000-square-foot space on West End Avenue,” according to a press release. “Led by Dr. Stephanie Aguilar, the practice anticipates opening by the end of the summer.”

Blank Street Coffee opened its fourth Upper West Side location at 418 Columbus Avenue (corner of 80th Street) late last month. The space, previously home to Andy’s Deli, was supposed to become home to Japan-born coffee brand% Arabica, but those plans got scrapped.

Neuhaus Chocolates has opened at 189 Columbus Avenue (between 68th and 69th streets). Neuhaus is a Belgian chocolatier founded in 1857 and widely credited with inventing the praline. The company is known for its assortment of handcrafted chocolates, including pralines, truffles, and seasonal collections, often presented in gift boxes. In addition to its retail offerings, Neuhaus locations typically serve as both boutiques and takeaway spots for a range of classic Belgian confections.
