Cristian Puebla, chef at Garden Plaza
Garden Plaza's cuisine has spent years cultivating its own unique identity within Granada's gastronomy.
Some restaurants find their identity in the product itself, while others build it through technique. Garden Plaza has managed to unite both paths with a cuisine that takes Granada's larder as its starting point and reinterprets it with a global perspective. Their offering combines locally sourced ingredients with international influences, creating dishes where tradition and creativity coexist naturally.
Culinary Masters Menu
That philosophy is what gives meaning to 'Granada without Borders', the menu designed exclusively for Culinary Masters 2026. Garden Plaza proposes an experience to discover how the Granada pantry can dialogue with the world without renouncing its identity.
It begins with the Ventresca pork. This is followed by the Pajuna Croquette, winner of the Sabor Granada award, and the very surprising Pork in the Tree. The high-quality Granada-style Chinese Wonton and the Duroc rib and smoked apple mille-feuille are also sure to impress. Dessert… Not so Granadan.
Garden Plaza, creativity without limits or borders.
