A must-try is the Bacon Apple Pie Slab ($32++ for six slices), topped with pancetta, baked apples, brie, mozzarella, and house-made apple butter, finished with hazelnuts and rosemary. Our favourite, however, is the Tropic Thunder Round ($32++), loaded with Parma ham, jackfruit, ginger flower, and creamy burrata, plus Pecorino, mint, and a drizzle of honey. The former is a creative spin on the local classic, swapping the usual yellow noodles and rice vermicelli for bouncy mee tai mak that soak up the savoury broth beautifully, before being topped with juicy prawns, fish cake, crispy pork lard, and sambal belacan.
