Here Are the 2026 Michelin Star Winners in Las Vegas

The first iteration of the Michelin Guide in Las Vegas awarded restaurants including Nobu, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, and Wing Lei with one star, while Picasso, Restaurant Guy Savoy, and Alex received two stars; Joël Robuchon was the sole recipient of the coveted three stars. Since the guide’s initial launch, several of the recognized restaurants have closed, including Aureole and Mesa Grill.

The new one-star restaurants in Las Vegas are L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Restaurant Guy Savoy, and É by José Andrés. Joël Robuchon received the only two-star recognition of the night.

Along with its starred restaurants, Michelin also announced its Bib Gourmand recipients, a category which spotlights “good quality, good value cooking.” At these restaurants, diners can expect two courses and a glass of wine or dessert for about $50 before tax and tip. Three Las Vegas restaurants received Michelin Bib Gourmands: China Poblano, Esther’s Kitchen, and Yen Viet Kitchen.

Michelin also unveiled its wider guide, which includes recommended picks across the states. The 2026 selections from Las Vegas are Anima by Edo, Bouchon, Cote Las Vegas, Estiatorio Milos, Gymkhana, Kabuto, Kame Omakase, Lamaii, Michael Mina, Mott 32, Partage, Pho Ga Bac Bac, Ping Pang Pong, Soulbelly BBQ, Sparrow and Wolf, Stubborn Seed, and Wing Lei.

Sean Christopher of Joël Robuchon was awarded the Michelin Service Award, which recognizes hospitality. “We strive every night to make a connection with guests,” he said in his speech.
