SG's First Prada Cafe Opens At ION Orchard With Cakes, Toasties And More

If you tried and loved the recent Dior Cafe pop-up, you’ll want in on this: Singapore’s first Prada Cafe has opened at ION Orchard!

The cafe offers a pretty selection of cakes, chocolates, and pastries, all prepared by Marchesi 1824—a renowned pastry shop from Milan with 200 years of history. FYI: Marchesi 1824 is also owned by the Prada Group! If you’re here for brunch, check out their savoury selection, with fancy options such as Lobster, Prawns, Lettuce, Boiled Egg, Mary Rose Sauce Toast ($42++), and Smoked Salmon and Avocado Crostone ($36): a modern interpretation of an Italian open-faced toast.

For sweets, their Berries Tartelet ($24++) is said to be a popular pick. This dessert stars a sweet shortcrust pastry base topped with custard and fresh berries.

There’s also an impressive lineup of dainty cakes to choose from, in flavours including Tiramisu ($24++), Hazelnut ($24++), and Pistachio ($24++). Don’t miss out on the coffee bar while you’re here; pair your treats with a Macchiato ($9++) or Cappuccino ($12++).

Before you leave, head to the counter to grab a box of Prada chocolates to go! These are embossed with the Prada logo, so they’re great for gifting, especially at this time of the year.
