Warm salads are a great appetizer during the colder months. There are many warm salad recipes. One of the most popular is a salad made with lollo rosso, lettuce, and chicken liver. You can garnish the salad with fried...

In our opinion, this warm chicken liver and apple salad is a true culinary masterpiece, combining a whole bouquet of flavors, aromas, and textures! It's also quite filling, yet light. The salad is a wonderful combination of tender liver, crisp apples and lettuce, and the sweet cranberry with its unique flavor. And all this splendor is crowned with the aromas of orange and cumin! Overall, this warm chicken liver and apple salad is definitely worth making, especially if you and your loved ones are open to new gastronomic experiences and enjoy making interesting culinary discoveries!

If you haven't tried a warm chicken liver and pear salad yet, you absolutely must! It doesn't contain any expensive or exotic ingredients, yet the result is always impressive. The tender chicken livers in this salad are complemented by caramelized pears, raisins, and crisp lettuce leaves. A dressing of olive oil and orange juice completes this stunning dish, adding a subtle tartness and a pleasant freshness. This warm chicken liver and pear salad is especially popular with young women who appreciate unique dishes that are slimming.

A warm bean salad isn't really a salad in the traditional sense, but rather a delicious, filling dish that can be served as a main course or dinner. It's warming, satisfying, and offers a delicious taste experience. But if you or your loved ones can't stomach dinner without meat, fish, or poultry, offer a warm bean salad as a side dish. Incidentally, this is one of those dishes whose flavors can be endlessly adjusted. Like it spicy? Add some sliced chili pepper to the warm salad. Prefer a fruity twist? Top it off with thin slices of juicy apple or pear. Experiment!

With sausage, chicken, beef... We suggest making Olivier salad with pork! This meat is very tender and soft, so it "sounds" perfect in a salad. All the other salad ingredients are traditional: eggs, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, peas... But the dressing is a little different: green onions, parsley, and grainy mustard are added to regular mayonnaise, which pairs perfectly with the pork in Olivier salad. The result is a dish that can be served at any holiday table, including New Year's.

A luxurious "garnet bracelet" salad made with pork is a perfect choice. This is the perfect recipe for those who crave something unusual but are afraid to experiment on the eve of an important holiday. So, we'll simply replace the chicken with pork. This dish is also made with beef, tongue, and turkey. However, pork has a much richer texture than either of these. The remaining ingredients remain the same: potatoes, carrots, nuts, and beets. Preparing the salad is quite simple: just boil all the vegetables and meat, chop them, and then arrange them in layers. Then comes the real creativity. The salad deserves its name for a reason, as it resembles a bracelet made of scarlet gemstones. It's important to arrange the red seeds tightly, and then you can decorate as you wish: make roses from eggs or carrots, sprinkle with parsley leaves or chopped dill around the edges.
