- egg – 1 pc.
- salt – to taste
- garlic – 1 clove
- flour – 2 tbsp.
- ham – 150 g
- chopped parsley – 1 tbsp.
- Dutch cheese – 200 g
- minced pork – 800 g
- white bread – 2 slices
- sun-dried tomatoes – 1 tbsp.
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
- small onion – 1 pc.

- Crumble the bread. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix with the minced meat, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and thinly slice the ham and sun-dried tomatoes. Combine the cheese, tomatoes, ham, black pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Form the meat mixture into patties. Place the filling in the center of each patty, pinch the edges together, and form the patty shape. Roll in flour and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown, about 4–5 minutes. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
