Piadinas with Squacquerone Cheese and Prosciutto

  • 3OZ. squacquerone cheese
  • 3OZ. lettuce
  • 2 1/2OZ. sliced ham
  • 2OZ. cooked spinach
  • 3/4OZ. pear
  • 8PCS. small piadinas (flatbread)
  • Extravirgin olive oil
  • Salt
Method · 15 min
  1. Heat the piadinas in an ungreased non-stick pan.
  2. Squeeze the water from the spinach. Put a small mound on each piadina, top with half a slice of ham, 1 teaspoon of squacquerone cheese, cover with another piadina and serve immediately.
  3. Thinly slice the lettuce and the pear, dress with oil and salt and serve alongside the piadinas.
  • 3 OZ. of squacquerone cheese
  • 3 OZ. of lettuce
  • 2 1/2 OZ. of sliced ham
  • 2 OZ. of cooked spinach
  • 3/4 OZ. of pear
  • 8 PCS. of small piadinas (flatbread)
