A new restaurant, Salmon and Wine, has opened in Samara
On September 14, a new restaurant, "Salmon and Wine," opened in Samara. The establishment is located at 128 Galaktionovskaya Street.
The project's founder, Alexey Morozov, represents the company "Golden Fishka," which has been producing fish and seafood for 25 years and has been independently raising salmon for five years.
The concept is to pair chilled salmon with selected wines. The menu also features Kamchatka crabs, Sakhalin scallops, shrimp, and signature sauces.
The restaurant's salmon comes from North Ossetia and from the Black Sea near the Utrish Nature Reserve, where submersible cages are located. Deliveries are made weekly.
The restaurant's interior is calm and decorated in a nautical theme. Fish-shaped art objects are an interesting addition.
"On this foundation, we are constructing our building, the gastronomic forms of which, I sincerely hope, you will enjoy," Alexey Morozov emphasizes on the restaurant's social media.
