La Cuchara Colorada: the new restaurant with traditional dishes in Pichincha

La Cucharada Colorada, the new restaurant that calls itself a neobodegón, opened its doors in Pichincha, at Suipacha and Brown.

On one of the most strategic corners of Pichincha, a restaurant with a warm atmosphere has opened its doors, designed for enjoying a moment with delicious food. It's called La Cuchara Colorada, a new spot that landed at Suipacha and Brown, with a clear mission: to offer traditional Argentine dishes with a modern twist.

The menu combines generous portions, meticulous technique, and quality ingredients. Highlights include hand-cut beef empanadas with yasgua sauce, sirloin steak in Malbec sauce with sweet potato purée, slow-cooked flank steak with mashed potatoes and cauliflower, and spinach fritters with provolone and aioli.

“We choose to build and contribute to Rosario’s gastronomy every day. We believe in the quality of the product and, above all, in a team committed to every detail,” highlighted Martín Miglietta Barbieri, chef and founding partner.

At La Cuchara Colorada, they take tradition and bring it into the modern kitchen, reflecting it in every dish. The space is ample, with seating for eighty, and the decor is designed for leisurely enjoyment of fine cuisine.

“We believe in the quality of the product, in the tools that help us improve and, above all, in a team that is committed to every detail,” Barbieri emphasized.

The menu includes vegetarian and gluten-free options, so everyone can enjoy this modern eatery. Because at La Cuchara Colorada, there's something for everyone: families, groups of friends, and couples—the concept is designed for savoring the moment and sharing.

Now you can not only have lunch or dinner, but they've also added a menu of snacks and breakfasts. Dishes are prepared fresh, using quality ingredients, and the kitchen is busy from the early hours of the morning.
