According to Jay Kim, Country Manager of TheFork in Iberia: “At TheFork, we want to continue highlighting the talent, effort, and courage behind each new opening. In this fifth edition, 41 restaurants from 14 autonomous communities represent the diversity and richness of Spanish gastronomy. TheFork Awards are also a particularly significant recognition because they combine the vision of 56 leading chefs with the opinions of diners, who are the ones who discover these new restaurants, fill them, and contribute to their success.”
