Pizza and Empanada Night: Promotions at Saavedra's restaurants
This Tuesday, September 15th, marks another edition of Pizza and Empanada Night, a gastronomic event that brings together pizzerias and empanada shops from across the country with special promotions for one night only.
The initiative is organized by the Association of Pizzerias and Empanada Shops (APYCE) and has the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the City of Buenos Aires. The proposal aims to boost business in the sector and highlight pizza and empanadas as part of Argentine cuisine.
During the event, participating establishments will offer a 50% discount on selected pizzas and/or 3-for-2 promotions on empanadas. Each business sets the varieties included and the conditions for accessing the offers, such as payment methods and whether they are valid for dine-in or takeout.
In the Saavedra neighborhood, several branches of Big Pizza participate, in addition to other gastronomic establishments.
Big Pizza has promotions of 50% off pizzas and 3x2 on empanadas, with all payment methods and valid for both the dining room and take away, at the following locations: Crisólogo Larralde 5002, Balbín 4334, Balbín 3845, Roque Pérez 4298, Cramer 4317, Cabildo 4317.
Morita, located at Besares 2601, is also participating, offering a 50% discount on pizzas and a 3-for-2 deal on empanadas. In this case, the promotions are for dine-in only and are cash only.
Another option in the area is Pizza Alla Pala, at DOT Baires Shopping, Vedia 3600, which offers a 50% discount on pizzas, with all payment methods accepted and valid for both dining in and takeaway.
In Coghlan, Feriado Cantina Coghlan, located at Washington 3498, offers a 50% discount on pizzas and a 3x2 deal on empanadas, with all payment methods accepted and valid for in-restaurant consumption.
In the Núñez area, Piazza, located at Núñez 3800, is participating with a 3x2 promotion on empanadas, for consumption in the restaurant and with all payment methods.
Several businesses are also participating along Cabildo Avenue. La Continental, at Cabildo 3990, is offering a 3-for-2 deal on empanadas, cash only and for dine-in service.
In addition, Big Pizza has affiliated locations at Cabildo 3776 and Cabildo 4317, both offering a 50% discount on pizzas and a 3x2 offer on empanadas, with all payment methods accepted and promotions valid for dining in and takeaway.
At Cabildo 4499, Antonino also offers a 50% discount on pizzas and 3x2 on empanadas, with all payment methods accepted and for consumption in the dining room.
The promotions correspond to the day of Tuesday, September 15th and may be subject to the particular conditions established by each store.
Pizza and Empanada Night takes place with the participation of businesses from various parts of the city and other towns. The public can consult the list of participating establishments and available promotions through the event's official interactive map.
As a prelude, this Monday, September 14, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., APYCE will hold a tasting in front of the Obelisk, at the corner of Cerrito and Diagonal Norte. There, 5,000 slices of pizza and empanadas will be prepared live.
The event will also have a charitable purpose: a $2,000 donation voucher will be offered for two slices of pizza or two empanadas, while supplies last. The proceeds will go to the Don Bosco Argentine Scouts – Battalion 44, in San Justo.
The main event will be this Tuesday the 15th, when participating establishments will launch their various promotions to celebrate a new edition of Pizza and Empanada Night.
