Where to eat Chilean pizzas chosen among the 100 best in the world
Allería, Raffaella and Brunapoli entered the world ranking of 50 Top Pizza 2026. The three restaurants are located in Santiago and offer proposals inspired by Neapolitan tradition.
Three Chilean pizzas made it into the ranking of the 100 best pizzerias in the world compiled by 50 Top Pizza, one of the most influential guides in the gastronomic sector.
The list, presented in Naples, recognized Alleria, Raffaella and Brunapoli, three restaurants that had already secured their participation after being among the 15 best-rated establishments in Latin America.
The highest-ranked Chilean representative was Allería, who reached 11th place worldwide. Further down the list were Raffaella, in 70th place, and Brunapoli, in 82nd.
Allería: the best of Chilean pizzas
Allería is located at Avenida Italia 1350, Providencia, in the heart of Barrio Italia. The restaurant, founded by Italian Michele Puzio, specializes in Neapolitan pizzas and in 2026 was the highest-ranked Chilean restaurant on the Latin American list.
The recognition adds to a distinguished track record in the 50 Top Pizza guide: in 2024 it reached fifth place among the best pizzerias in Latin America and in 2025 it rose to third position.
The restaurant is open Monday through Sunday, though hours vary by day. Due to high demand, it's recommended to check their social media or make a reservation before visiting.
Raffaella: pizzas and pastas in Las Condes
Raffaella is located at Nuestra Señora del Rosario 21, Las Condes. In addition to its Neapolitan pizzas, the establishment received recognition in 2016 for its pasta offerings in the Latin American ranking.
The restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday from 12:45 PM to 11:30 PM, and until 6:00 PM on Sundays. Reservations and delivery options are available.
Brunapoli: three locations in Santiago
Brunapoli reached 82nd place in the world rankings. The establishment featured in the guide is located at Avenida Nueva Costanera 3961, Vitacura.
The brand also has branches at Camino El Alba 11969, Las Condes, and Avenida José Alcalde Délano 10545, Lo Barnechea. Its menu aims to replicate traditional Neapolitan pizza and is headed by Italian pizzaiolo Francesco Vannucci.
The global ranking was topped by Napoli on the Road, located in London. Second place went to Una Pizza Napoletana, in New York, and third to Confine, in Milan. Italy had the largest presence, with 31 establishments, followed by the United States, with 22.
