Canadian chicken chain restaurant to open near Calgary
A popular Canadian chicken chain is set to open just outside of Calgary soon.

Quebec-born quick-service restaurant Poulet Rouge is set to open at CrossIron Mills, with the outpost slated to open in the fall. Describing its offerings as “modern fusion” cuisine, the spot is largely known for its grilled chicken bowls, which can be customized with a variety of different bases, toppings, and sauces.
