Their Pork Lard Noodles ($1.80) features generous chunks of golden brown pork lard that pack a flavourful crunch in every bite. Online reviews tout this dish as incredibly tasty, with the pork lard having a crispy exterior and being fragrant within. For curry lovers, they also offer Malacca Curry Laksa, packed with generous tofu, fishcake, and pork slices for $5.

The springy noodles deliver a satisfying bite and pair exceptionally well with the rich and aromatic laksa soup. If you prefer dry to soup noodles, there’s the Malacca Hu Kiao Noodle ($4.50), starring a generous amount of pork slices and fish cake.
