Shrimp cocktail with miso cocktail sauce

- 250 g fresh Dutch shrimp
- 0.25 head of iceberg lettuce
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 2. Ketchup
- 2 the sherry
- 1 tl worcestersaus
- 1 tl tabasco
- 0.5 cayenne pepper
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 1 tsp white miso
- 1 TL Yususap
- 2 tsp ponzu
- 1 citroen
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper
- furikake
- Mix the mayonnaise with ketchup, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold it in. Season to taste with lemon juice, pepper, and salt.
- Add the miso ponzu and yuzu juice to the dressing and mix well.
- Add the shrimp to the sauce and stir briefly so that each shrimp is coated with sauce.
- Cut the iceberg lettuce into very thin strips.
- Take 4 nice glasses, place a layer of lettuce in the bottom, followed by a layer of shrimp in the miso cocktail sauce.
- Garnish with a pinch of cayenne pepper furikake and optionally a slice of lemon.

Then corn, tomato, and salsa are a good addition. Follow these steps: 1. Make the shrimp cocktail according to the standard recipe. 2. Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the flesh. Cut the flesh into cubes. Do not throw away the avocado skins. 3. Finely chop the coriander and mix it with the avocado cubes, corn, tomato, Dutch shrimp, and the sauce. 4. Fill the empty avocado skins with the shrimp mixture. Drizzle some salsa sauce over it and top with a coriander leaf.
