Reserva in Rome. Among the few places to enjoy South American cuisine in Rome is Reserva Restaurante y Cocteles: right in the city center, a place dedicated to South American cuisine and flavors, with wines and cocktails to pair with dishes by chef Paulo Aires.
With Reserva delivery, typical Brazilian ingredients and sauces, Mexican spiciness, Peruvian delicacies, Chilean asperities, Colombian sweetnesses arrive at your home: Latin textures and flavours combine with Caribbean colours and fresh raw materials, in a mix of vegetables, selected meats, fish and shellfish that recall distant lands to be visited, in these times, only at the table.
Among the home delivery and take away options we find: guacamole (10 euros), Tacos de Cerdo with slow-cooked pork belly, shredded and seasoned with Pico de Gallo and guacamole (4 euros each), Tacos de Camarones with prawns, shellfish bisque, lime, radishes, tomato and pico de gallo (5 euros each), Ceviche, white fish marinated in lime, choclo, Tropea onion in vinegar, sweet potatoes and crunchy corn (19 euros), but also Baderillas, or marinated pork skewers in anticuchos sauce (16 euros), and the Reserva Burger with a 200g Reserva beef burger, crispy bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, Reserva sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey and horseradish mayonnaise (15 euros).
To accompany the dishes, available every evening from Tuesday to Sunday, there is a selection of bottled and ice-packed cocktails created by bartender Maurizio Musu. These include the Reserva Daiquiri with Reserva Rum Mix, Myntha mint liqueur, three-pepper syrup, and Reserva Fake Lime (10 euros), or the Reserva Canchanchara with Reserva Rum Mix, pink peppercorn honey and lime, Reserva Fake Lime, and soda water (10 euros).
