Sofreh executive sous chef Josh Buckmire will host a dinner that’s a love letter to his hometown of Grenada, on October 21 with a menu of curry goat, branzino with mango salsa, and custard with sorrel syrup. The pop-up dinner is part of the Line Up series, spotlighting back-of-house staffers by giving them their own platform. Tickets are up online.
