It's always the right time for a good coffee

Founded in Trieste in 1892, Hausbrandt has always been a point of reference for quality coffee enthusiasts. The new formats and blends in the A Coffee-time moment line, designed for home consumption, are specifically for them.

Four new products to try

The new blends are Espresso Crema, Moka, Filter, and Decaf, with different grinds and brewing options, so everyone can find the perfect coffee for their personal taste and the time of day. Espresso Crema, full-bodied and strong, is a blend of Arabica and Robusta with an intense aroma of toasted bread, notes of tobacco and dried fruit, and a rich, creamy, and elegant flavor. Moka, persistent and indulgent, recalls the sweet fragrance of freshly baked cookies and is enriched with notes of chocolate and spices. Filter is designed for true coffee lovers who love filter or French press preparation: it has a balanced aroma with hints of pastry, honey, and dried fruit, and a sweet, enveloping flavor. Decaf is sweet, delicate, and velvety, with fruity and chocolatey aromas, and is the perfect choice for those who enjoy a good coffee without the caffeine. Perfect for those who love the home ritual of making coffee, the new blends are excellent for providing a small moment of pleasure throughout the day, but they also become precious allies in the kitchen as an ingredient in savory and sweet recipes, such as tiramisu or the delicious shot of espresso cream, anise, and chocolate, which we offer here.

Espresso with cream, anise, and chocolate: the recipe

  • 40 ml of milk
  • 10 ml chocolate sauce
  • 10 ml of anise syrup
  • 1 espresso
  • cocoa powder
  • Pour the chocolate sauce into a caffeine glass first and then the aniseed syrup.
  • Prepare the espresso and pour it into the glass.
  • Froth the milk with the steam wand and pour until the glass is full.
  • Dust the surface with a light dusting of bitter cocoa and serve immediately.
