New restaurant manager at The Cloud by Käfer
MUNICH. Isabell Holm is the new restaurant manager of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant The Cloud by Käfer. She took over the position in mid-July. Previously, the experienced host worked at the Chef's Table at the Rote Wand in Lech, which also boasts two Michelin stars.
At the same time, her predecessor, Mona Röthig, is taking on new responsibilities within Käfer Gastronomie at BMW Welt. Following her tenure as Restaurant Manager at THE CLOUD, she will now contribute her extensive experience and expertise to various areas of the restaurant's operations. Mona Röthig has played a key role in shaping THE CLOUD since its inception and has provided crucial impetus for its development. We sincerely thank her for her tremendous dedication, professional competence, and personal commitment. We are all the more pleased that she will continue her career within the Käfer family.
Together with head chef Jens Madsen, Isabell Holm will further develop the Culinary Nomadism philosophy at THE CLOUD and continue to offer guests exceptional culinary experiences.
