Cherry and lemon balm syrup & alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktail

If you have lemon balm in your garden, it will grow like a weed, just like mint, and you will always have enough left over for syrups. Lemon balm has a generally calming effect, especially on the nerves, reach for it when you have a tough day or when you want to get a good night's sleep.

Ingredients · Servings Add 1 teaspoon syrup and 1 tablespoon alcohol and nealco cocktail
  • 1 kg cherries
  • 20 lemon balm leaves
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 20 ml sherry
  • 20 ml presumably
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml sugar syrup
  • 50 ml tea
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • 15 ml lemon juice
Method · 15 min
  1. Cherry and lemon balm syrup Blend the cherries, put them in a sealable jar, add the lemon balm, seal and leave in the fridge for 48 hours. Then strain and store in the fridge.
  2. Cherry Sherry Cobbler Add ice to a glass and gradually pour in all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Cherry-Lemonade Iced Tea Put ice in a glass and gradually pour in all the ingredients, mix thoroughly. Garnish with a cherry and lemonade.
