Ingredientes · Raciones For 4 people
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • dried chili
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 800 g canned tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 pcs fresh sausage
  • 150ml milk
  • 350 g rigatoni
  • parsley
Método · 50 min
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, a pinch of salt and sauté for 7 minutes. Add the garlic, chilli and rosemary and sauté for another 1 minute. Add the tomatoes, sugar and cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in a medium-sized frying pan. Remove the sausage casings and fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon. Add to the sauce along with the milk and lemon zest and cook for a further 5 minutes. To freeze, leave to cool completely and transfer to large resealable freezer bags.
  3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with the sauce. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Photo and recipe taken from BBC Good Food.
