  • 100 g baby spinach
  • 1 handful of mint
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 apple

  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 tsp turmeric (ground)
  • 1 piece carrot
  • 3 pcs orange

  1. Blend the spinach, mint, kiwi and apple. Add water as needed. For a greater effect, press orange slices against the side of the glass and carefully pour in the blended fruit and vegetables.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend. Add water as needed. Pour into a glass, garnish with a slice of cucumber and sprinkle with bee pollen.
