29th Expocafé starts today (26) and boosts the coffee sector in Três Pontas
Organized by Cocatrel and Espresso&CO, the event features a technical program, technology demonstrations, market discussions, and an exhibition of booths with companies from the sector.
The 29th edition of Expocafé, held between May 26th and 28th at the Três Pontas Airport (MG), reinforces its position as one of the main coffee farming fairs in Brazil. Once again, Espresso&CO, an ecosystem of coffee sector brands, is leading the organization and promotion of the fair alongside Cocatrel.
“We are here on the first day of the 29th Expocafé. This is the largest edition, with 170 exhibitors and two kilometers of fairgrounds,” comments Jacques Miari, president of the administrative council of Cocatrel. “We have programming for the whole family, in addition to an events tent, with three days of lectures on tax reform, people management, innovative trends such as autonomous and electric tractors, and regenerative agriculture,” he adds.
Bringing together producers, companies, experts, and industry leaders, and featuring over 170 exhibitor booths, the event showcases the main trends, technologies, and debates focused on the coffee agribusiness. On this first day, the general program includes content on risk management, guidelines for the 2026 harvest, economic and political perspectives, the importance of the agronomist, and the impacts of tax reform on producers. The Crop Mechanization Symposium will cover topics such as drone spraying and electrified mechanization.
