AEHGA is developing Gastronomy 5.0 in Mendoza, an immersive and intensive training experience in gastronomy
From Tuesday, September 22nd to Friday, September 25th, Mendoza will host the second edition of Gastronomía 5.0, an immersive and intensive training experience designed by industry professionals for restaurant owners from across Latin America.
The experience boasts a packed agenda, including hands-on workshops on innovation, marketing, and management; classes and expert panels; tastings of haute cuisine and exceptional wines; and a bar tour of Mendoza's most outstanding spots. Its key feature is that it is designed and developed by restaurateurs who experience the industry firsthand.
