Owner of Madero confirms new restaurant in a prime location in Paraná
Businessman Júnior Durski, owner of the Madero hamburger chain and other gastronomic ventures, will inaugurate a new restaurant in one of the most beautiful postcard locations in Paraná.
The information was confirmed by Durski's wife. “We are going to reopen Durski. Yes, you can celebrate. But it will be an improved Durski, as it will be in Guaratuba Bay. We bought a house there,” said Kethlen Durski. “With the best view of the Bay, we have to share this marvel. We will reopen the Durski Restaurant in Guaratuba, starting in December,” added the businessman himself, following the recording.
According to Kethlen, the space will be super exclusive. “I’m very happy, full of ideas. It will be something very different from what we’ve done before. It has everything to do with the moment we are living in and the particularities of Brazil, how special our nature is,” she added, highlighting that it will be a space for those who appreciate good gastronomy.
Durski Restaurant operated from 1999 to 2024 in Largo da Ordem, the Historic Center of Curitiba. The establishment specialized in Ukrainian and Polish cuisine, offering original dishes and reinterpretations of the most famous recipes from those countries.
Guaratuba has been undergoing a series of interventions aimed at transforming the city. The Guaratuba Bridge was the main one. Inaugurated in April of this year, the connection between Guaratuba and Matinhos has made access to the city more practical. The revitalization of the city's waterfront, the Historic Center/Guaratuba Bay waterfront, and the construction of a new museum have also been announced.
