Is Gordon Ramsay Filming His Next Hit Show at a Small-Town Minnesota Cafe?

Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant empire has pulled in 17 Michelin stars over the years, and between Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, MasterChef, and Next Level Chef, he's easily one of the most recognizable chefs on the planet.

And now, he's rumored to be filming in our own backyard.

Is Gordon Ramsay Filming in Minnesota?

Social media blew up over the weekend when a user in the Twin Cities Geeks Facebook group dropped a post saying Ramsay was spotted filming in Minnesota.

The user was hanging out at a coffee shop and noticed a massive production setup at the cafe next door.

I'm sitting here at Ember Coffee Shop in Big Lake, and there's a big kerfuffle next door at Lake Cafe. I guess Gordon Ramsay is filming an episode for a show here over the next 4 days.

I checked the diner's social media pages for any news and didn't see anything specific to Ramsay, but they did put up a notice saying they’d be closed until the 15th.

The comments on both of those Facebook posts are full of people saying that a TV crew is indeed on-site.

There's no official word yet so it's not clear if this would be for one of Ramsay's existing shows or something completely new. We'll have to wait and see how it shakes out.

It is always cool when national TV crews feature Minnesota restaurants. Guy Fieri and the Food Network have been here dozens of times. See those famous spots below.
