Interiors across all ten go to a single design office, Gilles & Boissier, tasked with making disparate nineteenth-century shells read as one guest experience. That is the harder brief.
Food and beverage arrives in six separate restaurants and bars, each one its own commitment of kitchen staff, supply lines and reputation, inside a property that has not yet opened. DimoreStudio holds the visual concept meant to run through all six without repeating itself, and P'arcnouveau's landscaping is the connective tissue laid between villas that were never designed to share a garden.
