Indian cuisine takes a relaxed beachfront turn at Tandoori Bar & Grill, the newest dining destination at Karma Kandara.
From 11am to 5pm, the menu at Tandoori Bar & Grill focuses on Indian street-food favourites, with Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, Paneer Chilli and Chicken Tikka Kathi Rolls offering flavour-packed options for a relaxed daytime meal. As the sun begins to set, the kitchen moves into dinner service, with clay ovens taking centre stage alongside tandoor-grilled specialties, curries and generous sharing plates.
Highlights include Mushroom Tikka, Lamb Seekh Kebab and Chicken Tikka Kandhari, served with a mild pomegranate-yoghurt sauce. The menu also caters to plant-based diners with dishes such as smoky Baingan Bharta and classic Palak Paneer, while meat lovers can turn to Butter Chicken or the slow-cooked Laal Maas mutton curry. Biryani, freshly baked breads, rice, raita, salads and traditional desserts complement the offering.
At the helm is Chef Jeevraj Singh, whose culinary story began in his grandmother’s kitchen in Rajasthan before taking him through royal palaces and international kitchens, including Karma properties across India and Germany. His cooking remains grounded in the traditions of his homeland while reflecting the places he has travelled.
