Tea concentrates
Jing has launched a range of whole leaf tea concentrates for mixologists. The range is in three flavours: Earl Grey, a citrus-led blend for iced tea; Blackcurrant & Hibiscus, a fruity caffeine-free option; and Darjeeling Empyrean, a Himalayan tea with muscatel sweetness and aromatic complexity. The concentrates are made with whole-leaf tea, distilled water and vitamin C, produced using a 24-hour low-temperature infusion process to preserve clarity, texture and flavour complexity. Each concentrate is available in a 750ml bottle which delivers approximately 12-15 serves, with an 18-month shelf life unopened and 72 hours refrigerated once opened.
Alcohol-free hazy grapefruit lager
Nirvana has added Hazy Grapefruit (0.3% abv), to its line-up. Hazy Grapefruit features Nirvana Pils lager blended with a natural pink grapefruit lemonade to create a bright and refreshingly crisp lager with a vibrant pink hue. The new variant joins its Cloudy Lemon flavour, both perfect served over ice.
De-alcoholised Sauvignon Blanc
Non-alcoholic wine brand Bolle has expanded its still portfolio with the addition of Bolle Sauvignon Blanc. The medium-dry white wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, with crisp apple, ripe pear and passion fruit notes alongside hints of fresh-cut grass. The twice-fermented non-alcoholic wine is produced using a patent-pending process.
Non-alcoholic spirit for classic cocktails
Mangrove Global has brought a new alcohol-free triple sec produced by Giffard to the UK. The triple sec is made using the traditional shrub technique, where bitter and sweet orange peel is macerated in French wine vinegar, producing a liquid with an intense citrus bouquet and a smooth finish.
Zero-alcohol Chilean red wine
Chilean wine producer Morandé Wine Group has launched Hax Zero, its first alcohol-free wine. The 0.5% abv wine is created using a dealcoholisation process that retains the structure, balance and character of a traditional Cabernet Sauvignon-style red blend, resulting in a medium-bodied red with notes of ripe red and black fruits, complemented by subtle spice.
