Serre di Pederiva opens a new tasting room in Combai

The family-run Serre di Pederiva winery opens a tasting space in Combai near its production center, in the heart of the Prosecco hills.

The new space is designed for wine lovers and offers tastings of wines that reflect the history of Combai and the Pederiva family. In addition to tasting, visitors can learn wine tasting techniques and discover the story behind each label. It's also possible to purchase bottles and sample them on-site.

Tasting 1 includes a presentation about the company and the world of Prosecco, followed by three wines: two glasses of Valdobbiadene DOCG and one of Valdobbiadene DOCG Rive di Combai. It costs €15 per person.

Tasting 2 adds a presentation on the world of Prosecco and a cheese board with local charcuterie and bread, along with a glass of Valdobbiadene DOCG and two of Rive di Combai, for €20 per person. Tasting 3 also includes a guided tour of the vineyard, with the same glasses and the cheese board, for €30 per person.

Passersby can have a glass of Prosecco with breadsticks, a sandwich of sopressa or cheese, or a platter of cured meats, local cheeses and bread.

The room is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 to 13:30 and from 15:00 to 18:00, and on Sundays from 9:30 to 13:30.
