Daytime service returns with a four-course menu at Arany Kaviár
Bence Molnár's cuisine is also reflected in the dining room of Arany Kaviár, where the four-course tasting menu costs 15,900 forints, plus a 15% tip.
Over the years, Bence Molnár's cuisine has evolved remarkably, and his classic yet contemporary approach now extends to the dining room. The four-course tasting menu is a more direct and concentrated expression of this philosophy, and the addition of the garden completes the experience.
The menu begins with a trio of duck liver, rhubarb and hazelnuts, continues with dödölle with radish and trout roe, then mangalica with lecsó and ends with "Az almás", an apple tart.
The cuisine is based on Hungarian ingredients and easily recognizable flavors, with meticulous execution. The concept aims to make the dishes accessible to both local and international diners, without sacrificing complexity.
At lunchtime, an à la carte menu is also available, offering more variety than the shorter set menu. Dinner is based on the more elaborate, eight-course Monogram menu, while the Heritage menu features the restaurant's classic dishes, guaranteed to be a hit with both regular customers and first-time visitors.
