Frosty raspberry passion fruit cocktail or rapaska

Frosty raspberry passion fruit cocktail or rapaska

Hey, the 90s called and reminded us that refreshing fruit bombs are great cocktails and are back in fashion. A sunny drink that's perfect for celebrating May Day.

Ingredients · Servings 2
  • 2 passion fruits
  • 1 dl raspberry puree (recipe below)
  • 1 dl vodka
  • 1 dl orange juice
  • 250 g domestic frozen raspberries
  • about 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ice or crushed ice
Method · 10 min
  1. First, prepare the raspberry puree. Set aside a couple of raspberries for decoration. Melt the rest in a saucepan over low heat. Puree the melted raspberries with a hand blender or food processor. Add sugar to taste.
  2. Spoon the passion fruit pulp into two grog glasses. Add the raspberry puree and vodka. Fill the glasses with ice or crushed ice. Stir.
  3. Finish the drinks by layering orange juice on top. Garnish the drinks with raspberries.
