Get Japanese Pudding With Souffle, Pistachio Flavours And More At This Bukit Timah Pop-Up

If you’re a Westie with a sweet tooth, then you’ll want in on this. Puurin Club, AKA Puurin Cafe, is a pop-up in Bukit Timah that specialises in Japanese pudding, which is said to be smoother and less dense than its French counterpart.

The pudding here comes in various trendy flavours, but Puurin Club is perhaps best known for its unique Souffle Pudding. Priced at $7, this treat pairs a cake-like, eggy “souffle” with sweet, silky pudding, as caramel seeps through the layers to create an indulgent finish.

If you’re not looking for that souffle component, however, you can get the Classic Pudding ($6), which gets you a cup full of Puurin Club’s signature silky dessert. They’ve also got loads of other interesting pudding takes, including tea spins such as Earl Grey and Matcha, as well as some good ol’ Pistachio and even Baileys.

Pudding fans may be spoiled for choice here. Aside from pudding, Puurin Club also offers drinks such as Filter Coffee ($12), Matcha Latte ($7), Yuzu Soda ($7.50) and more.

So if you live in the West or are in the area, do consider dropping by Puurin Club’s pop-up to try these cute treats and drinks!
