  • 200 g kadayif (angel hair)
  • 75 g butter
  • 120 g 100% pistachepasta
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 30 g tahini
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 30 g shelled unsalted pistachios
Method · 5 min
  1. Cut or snip the kadayif into small pieces.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the butter and wait until it has melted. Add the kadayif and fry until golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat and let cool.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a bain-marie. Remove from the heat and add the pistachio paste, tahini, a pinch of salt, and the toasted kadayif. Mix well.
  4. Using a spoon, form 20 small balls from the kadayif mixture and place them on baking paper. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over a bain-marie. Take the pistachio balls out of the freezer, dip them all around in the melted dark chocolate using a fork, and place them on baking paper.
