Spinach salad with tomatoes and avocado
If you don't add ham, you'll get a vegetarian version of the salad.
- 125 g fresh champignons
- 225 g spinach
- 50 g cold smoked ham
- 1 avocado
- 125 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g of cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and slice them. Wash and chop the spinach. Dice the ham. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut into thin slices. Halve the tomatoes and dice the feta cheese. Place everything in a salad bowl and mix well.
- Mix olive oil with vinegar, add sugar and salt. Mix thoroughly and dress the salad.
