Ingredients · Servings 6
  • Brie cheese – 250 g
  • egg – 1 pc.
  • green onion feathers – 2 pcs.
  • ready-made puff pastry – 250 g
  • cherry tomatoes – 250 g
Method · 1 h
  1. Wash the onion and slice it into thin rings. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out two circles, each approximately 23 cm in diameter. Wet the baking sheet with cold water.
  2. Place a circle of dough on a baking sheet. Place a circle of cheese in the center. Arrange tomatoes on the sides and sprinkle with onions.
  3. Cover with the second circle of dough. With damp hands, pinch the edges. Brush the dough with lightly beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 25 minutes. Remove, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve.
