Cook with the pros now: In the livestream cooking course from ONE CHEF and DER FEINSCHMECKER

You can cook a 3-course meal in real time with professional chef Marco d'Andrea in a high-quality live stream – also with family or friends.

Date: Sunday, May 2, 2021, 3 p.m.

The menu

Together with the professional, you will prepare three appetizers at the beginning:

  • Arctic char from the Müritz fishermen with nut butter.
  • green asparagus with raspberries and Roquefort cheese
  • Gyoza with shrimp

The cooking box will arrive at your home shortly before the live stream.

The cooking box will be delivered two days before the livestream with all the ingredients. Please keep them refrigerated until the event. This will ensure everything stays fresh and crisp until you prepare the dishes.

You will receive all the necessary information about one week before the course. On May 2nd, you will then cook our menu together with Marco d'Andrea.

Cooking course remains online

The cooking class, including the meal, will last approximately four hours. It will be recorded from multiple high-resolution camera angles, ensuring you don't miss a single step of the professional chef's work and can see everything up close. The recording will remain online for 180 days after the class, allowing you to revisit and review the course as often as you like.

Other things you should know:

  • You will need a notebook (recommended), tablet or smart TV with a large screen near your cooking area.
  • For better sound quality, we recommend using an external speaker (not a requirement).
  • To ask questions during the live stream, you will need a smartphone or a keyboard.
  • Standard household cooking equipment is sufficient for the menu – a specific list of necessary cooking utensils will be announced by email during the week of the stream.
  • It's best to cook with a partner – it's more fun and less stressful, but you can also order the box for more people, the price per person will then be reduced.
  • Also, make sure you have enough drinks.
