Oatmeal penne with tuna and rocket pesto

- 160 g oat penne
- 130 g drained tuna in oil

Method · 25 minuti
- Cook the penne in boiling salted water, drain, season with a drizzle of oil, spread them out on a tray and let them cool.
- Blend 50 g of rocket with 40 g of oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, 30 g of almonds and 40 g of water to obtain a pesto.
- Toss the pasta with this pesto and top with the flaked tuna. Garnish with chopped almonds, arugula leaves, a drizzle of oil, and grated lemon zest.

To prepare it, boil the penne until al dente, drain, and let them cool slightly, tossed with a little oil. For the pesto, blend the arugula with oil, salt, pepper, almonds, and water. Toss the pasta with the pesto and the flaked tuna in oil, and garnish with chopped almonds, arugula leaves, a drizzle of oil, and grated lemon zest.
