The three machines also feature the Optiaroma function, which allows you to adjust the coffee strength by selecting the amount of ground coffee per cup. It also features automatic pre-infusion before the coffee is actually brewed, which helps release a broad bouquet of aromas in just a few moments. The Memo function also lets you save your favorite drinks after customizing them. The brewing group is the heart of the machine: its mechanism doses and tamps the perfect amount of ground coffee for making espresso or coffee. The milk frothing system is the innovative CappinCup, which with a single touch draws milk from the external glass milk carafe, froths it, and automatically pours it into the cup.
