Panettone or Venetian? At Iper, you're spoiled for choice

Panettone or Venetian? At Iper, you're spoiled for choice

At Christmas, everyone is better, but despite this, families can't agree on the best choice: panettone or Veneziana? With or without candied fruit? Traditional or chocolate? At Iper La Grande, they make every wish come true, better than Santa Claus.

It all starts with the ingredients: only carefully selected raw materials such as Italian butter, free-range eggs, fragrant sulfite-free candied orange peel, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, and Callebaut organic chocolate. This delicious product is appreciated at first bite, which is why it only has a 20-day shelf life—like the finest panettone from the finest artisans, but at a truly incredible price: just €12.90 per kg. Classic panettone, almond panettone, organic chocolate panettone, classic Venetian panettone, and, new for 2021, also Venetian pistachio panettone.

At Iper, bread, panettone, and holiday sweets are baked every day. In every Iper La Grande hypermarket, there are real bakeries, where not only are baked, but bread and sweets are made from scratch. Every night in the bakery departments, dough is kneaded and mixed, followed by a traditional method—up to 15 hours for a natural leavening process that enhances the flavor and aroma of the dough. This creates 30 types of bread baked daily, some of which are traditionally prepared using biga, a pre-dough starter that enhances the bread's aromas and flavors, increasing its fragrance and shelf life. And then there's naturally leavened bread, whole wheat, grain, and organic—all made without additives and with top-quality ingredients. At Iper, the philosophy is to work well, from the simplest bread roll to the finest panettone. To give everyone, young and old, the sweetest Christmas.
