Three recipes to try with the Philips Airfryer Series 3000 with double basket

As if having an appliance with exclusive technology and design wasn't enough, capable of preparing a family dinner, a smart business lunch, or a delicious aperitif with friends in just a few minutes.

The Philips Airfryer 3000 Series always guarantees the right solution for all these occasions and a thousand others, allowing you to prepare appetizers, first courses, and second courses in a short time (up to 40% faster than a traditional oven, saving up to 80% energy) that are cooked perfectly evenly, healthy (using little or no oil added to the ingredients) and delicious.

Everything at once: thanks to the two separate baskets, you can cook two different dishes at the same time (a main dish and a side dish, for example), automatically synchronizing the cooking times so that everything can be served together, preparing up to seven portions at a time.

Simple, fast, and intuitive (thanks in part to the new touch display and twelve different cooking programs, from frying to grilling). But it's also balanced and fun, thanks to the ability to bring different recipes to the table every day, rather than the usual soup. Philips brings creativity to the table with the free HomeID app, which guides users through hundreds of recipes created for the Airfryer, nutritional articles, and cooking tips, allowing them to save their favorite recipes and interact with the food-loving community.

Here are three recipes from the HomeID app that you can try immediately with the new Philips Airfryer Series 3000 with double basket.

Simple fish sticks

  • 400 grams of white fish fillets
  • 40 grams of flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 80 grams of breadcrumbs
  • Cut the fish fillets into 2 cm sticks.
  • Place the flour, beaten egg seasoned with salt to taste, and breadcrumbs in three separate bowls.
  • Start by coating each piece of fish in flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. Drizzle and brush the breaded fish sticks generously with oil.
  • Place the fish in the basket. Start the appliance with the indicated settings. Cook in several batches (cooking time 12 minutes). Remove from the appliance, season with salt, and serve.

Fajitas di pollo e verdure

  • 430 grams of chicken breast fillets
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika powder
  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 red onion
  • 150 grams of shitake mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder
  • 4 tortilla
  • Rub the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika powder, and a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Clean and slice the peppers, zucchini, and onion. Brush the mushrooms with water to clean them, then remove the tough stems and slice them. Transfer everything to a bowl, add the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix well.
  • Place the chicken in the left pan (cooking time: 25 minutes). Arrange the vegetables in the right pan (cooking time: 15 minutes).
  • Remove from the appliance and serve alongside the tortillas with a topping of your choice, such as guacamole or hot salsa.

Brioche buns

  • 500 grams of generic flour
  • 40 grams of sugar
  • 7 grams of dry yeast
  • 250 milliliters of warm milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 100 grams of softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small egg
  • Place the flour, sugar, and dry yeast in a bowl. Add the egg yolks and warm milk and mix using a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook. Mix for about three minutes, or until the dough comes together.
  • Add the softened butter and salt and continue kneading for five minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled in volume.
  • At this point, divide the dough into eight equal pieces and shape them into balls. Cover them and let them rest in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until they have almost doubled in size.
  • Beat the egg. Place four rolls in the basket and brush them with the beaten egg. Slide the basket into the Airfryer and start the appliance using the indicated settings (cooking time: 15 minutes).
