Creamy pasta with salmon and peas

Creamy pasta with salmon and peas

This salmon pasta dish takes less than 20 minutes to prepare and is a family favorite. The velvety cream sauce pairs perfectly with the salmon, and the peas add a refreshing kick. The result is a quick and balanced dinner, packed with protein, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients · Servings 3
  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 140 g frozen peas
  • 2 filety losos
  • 140g fresh cream
  • vegetable broth
  • 1 bunch of chives
Method · 18 min
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan, add the shallot and fry until soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped salmon peas, crème fraîche and 50 ml of water. You can also add stock to enhance the flavour.
  4. Cook together for about 3–4 minutes until the salmon is cooked.
  5. Finally, stir in the chopped chives, season with pepper and add salt if necessary.
  6. Mix the finished sauce thoroughly with the pasta to coat it well. Source: BBC Good Food
