5-ingredient falafel
Prepara falafel con solo unos pocos ingredientes que probablemente ya tengas en casa. Para una mejor textura, usa garbanzos secos en lugar de enlatados.
Ingredientes · Raciones For 4–5 people
- 125 g chickpeas
- onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- ground coriander
- 200ml olive oil
Método · 28 min
- Soak the chickpeas in a large amount of water for 12–24 hours (it should be at least twice the amount of chickpeas).
- Drain then place in a blender with the onion, garlic and ground coriander. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Blend briefly, scraping down the sides of the blender and continuing until you have a coarse, grainy paste.
- Take spoonfuls, shape into balls and flatten them slightly to form a disk shape.
- Heat about 0.5 cm of oil in a frying pan. Fry the balls in the oil until golden brown and crispy. This will take about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and let rest on paper towels. Serve with vegetables and yogurt dip in pita bread or tortilla. Source: BBC Good Food
