Unbaked pistachio-marzipan balls

Preparing no-bake cookies is truly express. You can even prepare them at the last minute, even on Christmas Eve morning. But these pistachio-marzipan balls will disappear from your plates just as quickly. A simple recipe for no-bake Christmas cookies that will delight the whole family.

Ingredients · Servings For about 40 balls
  • 100 g peeled almonds
  • 80 g pistachios
  • 180 g powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 PL griot
Method · 20 min
  1. Blend the almonds and pistachios until smooth. Mix with the powdered sugar and finally add the condensed milk, griotka or amaretto and almond extract and work into a compact mass. Be patient, it will take a while.
  2. Take pieces from the mixture, shape them into balls and roll them in pistachios, almonds or cocoa beans mixed with cocoa. Store the finished balls in the refrigerator.
